mdlogix adds telehealth module to BH-Works platform
To ensure our clients can continue delivering services while following social distancing guidelines, mdlogix has added a HIPAA compliant telehealth module to the BH-Works platform.
BH-Works users (clinicians, counselors, care navigators, etc.) can easily initiate virtual visits through BH-Works, sending a link to the participant (patient, student, client, etc.) via text or email. The module is browser-based and does not require users to download additional software to host or join a telehealth session. Participants can join video meetings from the device of their choice, such as a tablet, mobile phone, laptop, or desktop.
During the session, care providers can take notes, obtain consent, perform screenings, or share educational materials with the participant. Once the meeting has concluded, authorized staff users can access an audit of the virtual visit, including who participated, the duration of the consult, and provider notes.
